So, so good! Prices have been raised so instead of a fiver it’s now £7, but you can get a delicious chicken shawarma wrap with mouthwatering garlic sauce. I'm pretty sure I showed up here every lunch time for months. Magical food, great price, cool location within a large food hall connected to historical Kirkgate Market. Minimal seating next to the place, but in a large food hall you can take your seat anywhere.

Amazing food. The falafel sandwich and the soft cheese bread along with the tea is a perfect combo while enjoying the market atmosphere.

My favourite breakfast spot in Leeds. As a lebanese, I would confidently say that this place offers authentic manaqeesh!! Just like home! Ordered the minced meat and the zaatar and cheese manaqeesh. Highly recommended!! Support small businesses!

I’ve only been here twice so far but wow what a cool place. Food is absolutely incredible with some of the best flatbreads I’ve ever had. Service is great. Super affordable. That veggie bread is unreal. I’ll definitely be back often.

Amazing food! I went there for a quick lunch. The hummus was delicious with the perfect hint of olive oil. The bread was also very tasty. The staff are friendly and quick. The location is quite special. Prices are very acceptable as you can eat well under £10. Highly recommended!

Just a really cute place, with yummy, fresh and authentic food! We loved it as a family, the soft cheese bread with honey was epic, had to order another! Don’t expect luxury but a nice simple meal out.

My favourite food spot in the market! I’ve been here a few times but always can’t wait to go back and there is always something else on the menu I want to try. I recommend the soft cheese bread the most, drizzled with a bit of honey. Despite being busy as it is clearly very popular the food comes out very quickly and prices are reasonable.

- They have a whole menu of vegetarian options that is equal in size to the meat options. I’m not sure it would be as good for vegans, but great for vegetarians.

It was a cozy restaurant situated within a market in Leeds city center. They specialize in delectable Middle Eastern fare, including flavorful falafel sandwiches and LahmBajin. Their service was prompt and efficient, and they accepted both cash and card payments. If you're looking for delicious and authentic Middle Eastern food in Leeds, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I'm kicking myself for not getting any photos, but for me, that proves how much I enjoyed the food because we well and truly devoured it. We saw one of the women at the restaurant kneading gorgeous-looking dough in front of us, and after having a quick look at the menu and seeing they made pides and wraps, I knew I had to try it! It was the best decision I made yesterday because it was the most well-balanced and fresh-tasting shawarma wrap I've ever had. I didn't expect that I'd happen to stumble upon such an exquisite taste of Levantine food in my home city. I also got Lahmajin which is my absolute favourite food. I have to say, it was on par with the best I've tasted in Turkiye. It was Eid just a couple of days ago and I had to let the wonderful people at Eastern Oven know that the food they served my sister and I was better than anything we had eaten on Eid. Alhamdulillah I'm so grateful this restaurant is here in Leeds and serving truly delicious food that warms the soul and will have you grinning from ear to ear. I also got zaatar bread to take with me! (The best zaatar I've ever tasted!) Thank you, Eastern Oven! I'll visit many times more; I can't wait to try the whole menu! ❤️❤️❤️- Service

- Wheelchair accessibility
- There's a step up to the counter where they take your order, but I'm sure they'd be happy to take it over the lower counter for those in wheelchairs. There are also options to sit closer in the restaurant and tables at the side on the main floor which are wheelchair accessible. The staff are all so lovely; I felt like I was with family 🤗

Absolutely the best falafel in Leeds, honestly falafel guys isn't even close. Freshly baked flatbread for each order, everything is made by hand each day, including the hummus. The balance of flavours is perfect, fresh herbs and tahini dressing top it off.

Had bread with a spicy paste, flatbread and hummus. It was all very tasty. Best hummus I've ever had. I could have eaten several bowls of it! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in Leeds.
